Lovely friendly staff. They were very helpful shuffling an appointment around for me last minute, as I only had limited time options. My French manicure with extensions was lovely and well worth the money. I had a pedicure too, however I wouldn’t do the Lux option again as was pricey and I don’t feel I got a lot of extra. The standard one would suit me fine as well. Highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to TPR for a decent amount of time now and I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments always. Eilidh is such a beautiful person who I request for my nails and pedi. She really makes me feel cared for with water and a snack, ensures my nails are perfect and has such a soft touch. Thankyou always and cannot wait for my birthday nails! xx

I have been going to TPR for years now and I would never get my nails or spray tan done anywhere else. I recently got married and booked in for my bridesmaids and myself to get our nails done and we had the best time. Hannah who is the only person who does my nails always goes above and beyond. She is the absolute best in the industry!

I was really excited to try TPR and I visited the day before my engagement party which was a very important event. I was so disappointed with the result that I had to visit another salon straight after my appointment to get my nails stripped and re done. The technician cut my fingers in multiple places leaving me bleeding with visible scabs, didnt remove my previous red polish properly so it was showing through my new cream polish, the painting was all over the place, each nail was a different shape and size, and I received no hand massage which was apparently included. The salon did not have the right tools to complete a proper manicure and my cuticles were also not properly treated. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and the service and will definitely not be returning nor will I recommend this salon to anyone. Considering the price of the manicure, the result was appalling.

The Parlour Room is fabulous! There aren’t a lot of salons in Sydney that do BIAB well so it is a relief to find one that does. Aoife and Abby are extremely professional, always friendly and I leave with my nails looking great! I have also used the spray tan service and the staff always know which colour would look best and most natural.

The look of the salon is nice but staffs are unprofessional and they don't even have required tools to do what is expected from a nail salon. I booked for my wedding nail a day before wedding, for myself and my bridal party. I paid $700 for 4 people (including me) and I told them in advance that I want to do ombre nails I also attached the picture to my email. They confirmed after a week of delay and phone follow ups also mentioned we don't remove SNS so if anyone has SNS nails they have to remove it somewhere else in advance!!!! ( doesn't a nail salon suppose to do/remove SNS also?) On the day, the lady who was assigned to do my nail said I haven't done it before and asked her colleague to do it. After a long discussion between them to swap clients because the other lady didn't want to lose her breaks, image tomorrow is your wedding and you paid 700 to have a relax with your bridal party and now people are arguing in front of you to do your job, finally the lady who suppose to know how to do it started my nail! OMG, she tried different tools and removed many times and couldn't do even one nail right. She said we don't have the right tool for it!!!! I am trying the best to get it as close as what you want. she was very stressed and grumpy at this time. Anyways she did something very low quality and not clean at all. Then the first lady came back to do my toes and after god know how long. I was out of the salon. At night I noticed my toe nail had felt of and I was wearing a sandals with a high slit dress so my toes nail was pretty important to look good. Among, everything I planned for my wedding this was the only and the worst experience ever. I will not go back again.
